Building in public. The pipeline has been tested end to end on synthetic recordings only. A real recording, the Premiere Pro import and the NVIDIA GPU encoding paths are still untested, and this site will say so until that changes.
The pipeline
Six steps, two checkpoints, one human at the end
Each step has its own page with the detail. The amber badges show who does the work: you, the AI, or the AI with your approval before anything moves on.
Who it is for
Anyone who teaches or demonstrates on a screen
Creators
If your videos are a screen and a voice, such as tutorials, walkthroughs and reviews, the long edit and the shorts come from the same single recording.
Educators
Lessons, lectures and explainers have pauses, retakes and tangents. AI proposes the cuts, and you keep the teaching voice and the final say.
Small businesses
Product demos, how-to videos and support walkthroughs, made by the person who knows the product, without a dedicated editor on staff.
A fair note on fit: the pipeline is built around recordings of a computer screen with a voice over it. It is not a tool for filming with multiple cameras.
Built by a working business
Made for a real channel, not a demo reel
Joel Ryan Wyse runs Trade With Excellence and Affordable Indicators, which make software for the NinjaTrader trading platform. He built this pipeline to produce videos for his own YouTube channel: screen recordings of the software at work, turned into a long video and shorts.
What you read here is the same setup he uses, written down as he builds it: the OBS settings, the workflow, and the mistakes along the way.
Honest status
Built and tested on synthetic recordings. Still to be proven on a real recording: the first full run, the Premiere Pro import, and the NVIDIA encoding on the studio PC. As each one is tested, the result goes into the guides.
Follow the build
New findings, real-recording results and the course announcement will go to YouTube and Discord first. There is no sign-up form here; those are the two places to watch.
